I just wanted to write to say thank you for your time and efforts yesterday during our visit to your factory. It was a thoroughly enjoyable and productive day from my point of view. I can see the quality and care of your production first hand and I felt that all your staff made us very welcome indeed from the moment we arrived in the morning until we left site. You kept us fed and watered and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for you which certainly makes a change from many other suppliers.

I look forward to receiving the switchboard at Barking in due course and I am sure it will give many years of reliable service on the National Grid transmission system. I am particularly heartened that it has been designed, assembled and manufactured in the UK by a British company. Keep up the excellent work and please pass on my appreciation to all your staff.

Since 1997 Charnvel Ltd have received Product Acceptance from Network Rail for the supply of 400V, 3 Phase A.C Shore Supplies.

Charnvel Ltd. were the first in the U.K to obtain 'Type Registration' in accordance with NGTS 3.12.3 issue 6 June 2007 for substation LVAC supplies.
This involved subjecting our System 50 switchboard assembly to short circuit withstand, temperature rise testing to receive ASTA certification of our busbar and enclosure systems.

Our 400-800A switchboards have been assigned the AMEB01 E.G.I code.
Our 1259-1600A switchboards have been assigned the AMEB02 E.G.I code.
